Project Summary
The Make Smoking History Priority Settings team provided EvolveCDT with a number of resources, reports and evaluation tools that were used by the EvolveCDT team to develop an understanding of, and appreciation for, the Make Smoking History Priority Settings Program (the Program). Using this information EvolveCDT created a plan to review the Program including:
Pre-workshop meeting and survey.
Half-day discovery session.
Reflective meeting.
Half-day planning session.
Report.
The final report included recommended strategies to ensure that the Make Smoking History Priority Settings Program remained a sustainable, relevant project with currency now and into the future.
