Linda Thorburn
Director
Linda is the founder and Director of EvolveCDT. As an educator for over 30 years, Linda has accrued extensive skills and experience in all aspects of education, training and learning which she successfully brings to a diverse range of projects, contexts and industries.
Some of her strengths include strategic planning, sound business management, innovative and responsive solutions to emerging issues, engaging and interactive resource development, and a passion for producing quality products and services and creating strong and positive partnerships.
Linda lives and breathes Evolve’s values of integrity, respect, excellence, collaboration and impact.
Linda has a Master of Education, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
When she’s not creating outstanding new resources and helping businesses implement learning solutions, Linda loves renovation projects, baking for her friends and family, and walking her Wheaten Terrier, Willow.
Susanne Line
Consultant
Susanne has been involved in education and health as a teacher, leader, project manager, facilitator and consultant for over thirty years. She is highly motivated by the successful development and delivery of quality resources and learning experiences and is particularly passionate about the power of education as a vehicle to create change.
She is an expert project manager with a warm and engaging manner – Evolve’s secret weapon!
Susanne has a Bachelor of Physical Education, Diploma in Education and minor accreditations in Health Promotion short courses of study. She loves animals, especially horses and her three cats, as well as bushwalking with her husband and hopes to walk the full length of the Bibbulmun Track one day.
In 2024 we lost a very dear friend and a critical member of the EvolveCDT team, Catriona Coe. Catriona was a passionate advocate for early intervention and school-based alcohol and other drugs education and inspiration behind EvolveCDT's new alcohol and other drugs program, VapeAWARE.
